Spicy Tomato Sauce

Thanks to all who have provided feedback regarding my tomato sauce. The change to gluten free has seen the result a little sweeter than before.
In order to counteract that, I now offer a spicy tomato sauce - with a dash of tobasco and extra chillies.
Those who prefer the sweeter variety, don't be dismayed - it is still available :)

thanks for your great blog, just came across it while googling a recipe for sweet preserved cheese filled figs,(still haven't found).We have a similar love of preserving and fresh produce. Love your site and obvious passion. I am a mum of 4 little ones on a sheep farm in the goulburn valley, I have spent the last few weeks making jams, chutneys and sauces from all the lovely stone fruit straight off the orchards. Also my own tomatoes, & produce from my childrens school. I am donating much to the school for our big Easter market.

Thanks Cathy for your comment. I unfortunately don't have any recipe similar to that you are looking for, but it sounds devlicious - I'd love a copy if you find one!

I donate much to the CWA harvest fair which is in March this year. It's important to put back into the community.
