Hola!

I was very blessed to participate in a 2 day cooking course at Mimo, in San Sebastian, Spain learning Basque cooking. I had a wonderful time!
The course covered Spanish Basque cooking on Day 1, and French Basque cooking on day 2. In both days we learnt some specialist techniques - some of which I am unlikely to replicate at home du
e to the special equipment required. But others I am keen to try in my home kitchen. What I most enjoyed, was instruction on plating - how to get those dishes looking absolutely restaurant quality. And believe me they were!
