The wonderful aroma of citrus

It has been way too long since my last post - apologies to all. Sometimes life just gets in the way of living!

But with Spring just around the corner, it is definitely citrus season. and best of all, for the next few weeks Blood Oranges are in season Yay!!!

I have had a wonderful morning finishing of the marmalade I started yesterday. Look at the colour of that juice.

By tomorrow, there will be blood orange marmalade available again from my online store, but only whilst stocks last. Short season, only allows me to make up a few batches.
