Last weekend, in the gorgeous
autumnal town of Halls Gap, was the "
grape escape" a regional food and wine festival. I was lucky enough to be asked to work with Janette and Janice to promote the CWA and do some cooking demonstrations.

Little did we know that all of our demonstrations were timetabled to be head to head with Celebrity
TV Chef Poh Ling Yeow in the next marquee!!
Well needless to say we had a hoot, and many people told us that we were better at talking while we were cooking than she was. Who would have thunk it!

Janette is the queen of scones, and Janice made sponge making look so simple! I reckon even Myles could have a go :)
