Citrus sweet chilli sauce

Its such a wonderful time - the beginning of spring!
I've been busy in my kitchen, trying out new recipies, and I am very pleased to say that I have added a new sauce to my repetoire - Citrus Sweet Chilli.
Its a wonderful sauce in which  to poach chicken or fish.
