As many of you are aware, I teach preserving classes often, in a variety of setting. Usually though, I am alone, with maybe an assistant and my students.
Last week I had the best time, working with two of my fabulous CWA buddies to present a 3 hour workshop at Bendigo Tafe. Our workshop covered the perfect sponge ( Carol Clay), scones (Marilyn Mackie) and preserves (me). It was such a hoot! - and we look fabulous in our CWA of Victoria Cooking Committee aprons.
