such a great class!

You can never tell where you are going to have the most fun. and today, I had a fabulous morning at the Rosanna Library, presenting on jams and preserves. In the end 12 women joined the one hour class and we packed a punch! with lots of stories, secrets and laughter whilst we made my rhubarb relish.

and by the time I got home, this wonderful email was awaiting me:

"Dear Marie,

It's Valerie from this morning. I just made the Rhubarb Relish at home and can't wait to share the amazing taste with my husband. Also, the Blood Orange Marmalade is absolutely beautiful. :)
