Writing a cookbook Part 2

It has been lots of hard work over the last few months as Myles and I have put together my new cookbook. Lots of study in "how to write a cookbook", testing of recipes that are just "in my head" and needed to be written down, photo shoots and some hard decisions.
Getting the language concise yet still reflecting my style and getting the message across has been the hardest for me.
I've emlisted the help of Claudette Earl, Carissa and Justin Halliday to help with the written word. Dan has again helped with the layouts etc, Myles has done ALL the editing and at last it has gone to the printers for our test copies!
