Preserving Masterclass 2018

I had such a wonderful day yesterday, taking the 2018 Preserving Masterclass for the Country Women's Association of Victoria. It always takes a lot of organising to put on these events, shopping, cleaning etc. It's a team of people, often behind the scenes that make a successful event.
Thankyou to Carmel and Pam that helped with the room set up / clean up, and kept us very well fed and hydrated across the day, Mandy and the admin team for taking the bookings and payments, Lynne and Robyn for the printing, Mary for the advertising and planning, Dario for the 'muscle" when we struggled to change the gas bottle, and of course to each of the participants. Without the whole team working together, we would not of had such a great day :)
