Sense of Community
Yesterday I had the great pleasure to again present a cooking workshop at Farnham Street Neighbourhood Learning Centre. This time the theme was "All things Citrus"
In the 4 hours we made Blood Orange Marmalade, (2 batches), lime curd, candied peel, lemon cordial and preserved lemons. All the participants were involved doing "hands on".
The amazing thing was of the 11 present, only one was from the local area, with one travelling from as far as Maffra!
