A taste of Spain
Hola!
It has been a few weeks since my last post, as the wonderful Myles and I have been travelling around Spain and France on a foodie holiday!
And Oh did we eat!!
We had a wonderful time and here are just a few photos from our trip...
We also spent a wonderful day at the Barcelona Cooking School. Here we had a market visit with our host Candido, and then returned to the kitchen to prepare strawberry gazpacho, tortilla, paella and Catalan Cream. OMG they were good, and all washed down with wines made on the vineyards owned by the school's family. Just wonderful!
