It's blood orange season!

My favourite marmalade is blood orange. It's tangy, not too sweet, and has such a great colour!. Thanks to my new supplier at Redbelly Citrus, 12 kgs of fabulous blood oranges have arrived at my door.
I guess I'm going to be busy this week!!

Over the last 2 weeks I have been fortunate to be teaching preserving at both CAE and BoxHill Tafe. It has been such fun, and I hope the ladies all got something out of it - I certainly did (and not just sore feet!)
