Tabouli - perfect timing for Summer, Episode 8

With Spring heading quickly to summer, the days are getting longer, the temperature warmer, and more activities are happening outside. Tabouli
is perfect for barb-ques, picnics and family meals. This recipe is loosely based on the traditional middle eastern recipe. By replacing the wheat with quinoa, it is also easily converted to gluten free.
