I love the aroma of citrus!

I never tire of the great aroma of citrus. It makes the kitchen smell so clean and fresh. (No wonder cleaning product manufacturers try to emulate the aroma in their products). But nothing beats the aroma from freshly zested fruit.
I had fun today, trying out new blades on my new zester. It certainly sped up the process. 4 kgs of fruit zested in under 30 minutes!
