It's mussel festival time!

The sun is shining, the waves are calling and black mussels are at their best! The delightful coastal town of Portarlington on the Bellarine Peninsula is celebrating its 10th annual mussel festival tomorrow, Saturday 9th January, from 9:30 till 5pm.

I'm demonstrating cooking mussels from 10-4pm and will be mc for Shane Delia who is on at 1pm. Shane is demonstrating "poached mussels with saffron moghrabieh cous cous".
