Gotta love berries!

Its a perfect summers day in Melbourne, about 27 degrees, blue sky, light wind. And to make it even more perfect, I spent the day making berry jam. 40 jars down and still a few kilos of berries in the freezer waiting for Friday so that I can make them up too. My motivation for this cooking spree is two fold. My stock cupboard is almost bare, and my freezer desperately needs defrosting!
