Mmmmh "Macarons!"

If I were to ask you "what do you prefer - chocolate or pate? "
Most people answer, "chocolate of course!"

I'm the opposite. I always go for the savoury option. That said, my soft spot for meringues and macaroons is therefore an anomaly

Macarons - Mmmmmh! My favourite is definitely salted caramel, and my attempts are getting pretty good! Here is the platter of salted caramel and raspberry with dark chocolate ganache I made for a family celebration last week. Once perfected, I'll share the recipe on this site
