Rhubarb Relish

To go with my new look shop, I've launched a new product - rhubarb relish.


My classes at CAE - Melbourne, rave over this one - a tangy relish that goes perfect with a bitey cheese. It would also be good with ham or turkey hot or cold.

Its time to take rhubarb out of the "dessert aisle" and place this vegetable firmly back in the savoury section of our fridges!

Plus my rhubarb is loving this cold weather - its gone "gangbusters".
